By accessing or using the website at chiplab.net and any related pages or subdomains (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Site content without our express prior written permission.
The ChipLAB name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of ChipLAB ASIC Design Lab. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.

When you submit information to us through the contact form or newsletter sign-up, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to provide it, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights. ChipLAB has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
